There are no physical prerequisites, but our clients are usually not younger than 30 years old. You can be a beginner or advanced in terms of your health - the expert knowledge of Dr. Raphael Al-Najaar, who works in hormonal medicine, can take you to whatever level you want to be at.

How much time does it take?

Implementing the training program will only take one hour per week. The rest depends on your commitment.You will have access to a video course, PDFs, checklists, text messages and biweekly calls with Dr. Raphael Al-Najaar, but it is your decision how much time you will invest in learning—the plan will be made FOR you during your calls with the doctor.
